Det er ikke mere end 2 \u00e5r siden, at vi blev crowdfunded via IndieGoGo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saxis.dk\/blog\/washa-vaskerierne-grinede-hanligt-af-os\/\">WASHA: \u201dVaskerierne grinede h\u00e5nligt af os\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under crowdfundingen og perioden lige efter f\u00f8ltes det nogen gange som om, at vi kunne g\u00e5 p\u00e5 vandet. Alt vi r\u00f8rte ved, ja, det blev \u201ctil guld\u201d. F\u00f8rst blev vi k\u00e5ret til \u00e5rets bedste startup p\u00e5 CES i Las Vegas, siden fulgte designpriser og yderligere investeringer. Vi red p\u00e5 en b\u00f8lge. Salgene v\u00e6ltede ind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siden er det blevet hverdag. Vi har nu behov for struktureret at arbejde med salg og marketing. Vi er begyndt at s\u00e6tte tingene i system. F\u00f8rst brainstormes ideer. Herefter estimeres, eksekveres og l\u00e6res der. Tidligere k\u00f8rte vi bare p\u00e5 \u201cmed bind for \u00f8jnene\u201d og h\u00e5bede at tingene virkede. Det gjorde de heldigvis ofte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metoden vi nu benytter, kan med et hypet begreb kaldes:\u00a0<strong>Growth\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Hacking.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Growth hacking<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For en introduktion til hvad Growth Hacking er, s\u00e5 kan vi anbefale <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/the-founders-blog\/there-are-silver-bullets-but-you-have-to-find-them-yourself-1011c6acecda#.kqlddodny\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dette blogpost<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> af Simon Sylvest fra Founders. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Men f\u00f8r du kan begynde at Growth Hacke, s\u00e5 er det vigtigt at du har en klar forst\u00e5else af hvem dine kunder er \/ b\u00f8r v\u00e6re. Hos Airtame tager vi udgangspunkt i hvem vi ser som vores Tribe (se den her <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/seth_godin_on_the_tribes_we_lead\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ted Talk<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Vores tribe er folk, der f\u00f8lger os og anvender vores produkt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi har fastlagt den ved hj\u00e6lp af en analyse af fire parametre:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Det f\u00f8rste vi gjorde var at kigge p\u00e5 demografi analysen i google analytics. Her fandt vi f.eks. ud af at dem som bes\u00f8ger vores website i overvejende grad er m\u00e6nd mellem 25 og 45 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Hern\u00e6st tjekkede vi hvilken af vores software udgave der blev downloadet. Her var svaret Windows appen blev oftest downloadet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Med den information i baghovedet gik vi igang med at gruppere vores kundeliste. Kategorierne vi anvendte var Startup\/Sm\u00e5-Mellemstorvirksomhed, Stor virksomhed, Offentlig og Uddannelsesinstitutioner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Det sidste relevante kriterium var informationen vores salgsafdeling samler hver dag, n\u00e5r de er i kontakt med markedet. Hvor fungerer vores produkt godt lige nu? Ikke imorgen eller om et \u00e5r, men hvor er kunderne ekstra glade lige nu?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For at f\u00e5 en forbruger til at tage en beslutning om at k\u00f8be et produkt kr\u00e6ves der ofte en h\u00e5ndfuld touch points. Ofte g\u00e6lder det tilmed at des dyrere dit produkt er, des flere touch points kr\u00e6ves der. L\u00e6s denne artikel fra <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/insights\/marketing_sales\/the_consumer_decision_journey\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McKinsey <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">om dette. Derfor kan dine salg og marketing eksperimenter ofte st\u00f8tte hinanden, hvis den samme kunde rammes flere gange. V\u00e6rdien af de individuelle eksperimenter bliver st\u00f8rre over tid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e5r du har defineret din tribe \/ m\u00e5lgruppe er du nu klar til at s\u00e6tte dine eksperimenter op.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hos Airtame har vi det sidste halve \u00e5r testet alt fra facebookreklamer og adwords, til PR, g\u00e6ste blog post, sociale medier, emailkampagner, kanvassalg, pleje af nuv\u00e6rende kunder og sikkert mange andre ting. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvert kvartal starter vi med nogle f\u00e5 overordnede m\u00e5l. Disse bryder vi ned i nogle mere h\u00e5ndgribelige m\u00e5l, som vi skal n\u00e5 hver m\u00e5ned. Hver uge startes endvidere med en prioritering af opgaverne. Noget g\u00e5r bedre, andet g\u00e5r d\u00e5rligere. Noget g\u00e5r m\u00e5ske j\u00e6vnt godt og du f\u00e5r flere kunder, men hvordan ved du om du bruger din tid bedst muligt? Vi har et vildt godt sammenhold hos Airtame. Selvom vi er mere end 10 forskellige nationaliteter samlet p\u00e5 kontoret, s\u00e5 er vi lykkedes med at skabe st\u00e6rke relationer blandt vores medarbejdere. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Folk har det sjovt med deres arbejde og deres kollegaer. Vi fejrer sejrene. Bider t\u00e6nderne sammen n\u00e5r udfordringerne er store. Og hver afdeling deler transparent hver mandag resultaterne af den sidste uges arbejde. Der bliver diskuteret, grinet og knoklet dagligt. Vi arbejder benh\u00e5rdt hver dag. Vi n\u00e6gter at give op. Vi g\u00e5r altid den ekstra mil.
